Gills is proud to announce that we have been shortlisted as one of just seven finalists in the running for the Best Free From Product category at the Food Management Today Industry Awards 2026 for our Premium Lincolnshire Sausage (Gluten-Free). The shortlist has now been revealed publicly, with Gills named alongside six other finalists in this category.
This recognition is especially pleasing because it highlights one of the key strengths of our premium range: delivering outstanding quality and flavour while meeting the needs of customers looking for gluten-free options. Our Premium Lincolnshire Sausage (Gluten-Free) has been developed to offer all the taste, quality and satisfaction people expect from a great Lincolnshire sausage, without compromise.
